We have been using MDS as our main source of New Equipment and Maintenance for many years now.We built a brand new, purpose built, 6 chair Specialist Practice in 2021 using MDS for all our Dental Chairs, Steri Equipment and Plant Room Equipment.They went above and beyond for all our needs from deciding what equipment would best suit our Practice to ensuring the equipment was on site, on time.The installation of all the equipment went like clock work.

We feel the biggest asset they offer to our Practice is the ongoing maintenance. Nothing is ever a bother,  it makes no difference to the MDS technicians if the equipment they are working on is a brand they are used to or one they have never come across before. If they are unsure , they are on the phone to the suppliers immediately and have it sorted.

Finally, their service comes at a very reasonable cost to our Practice. We have reduced our annual maintenance costs considerably due to the ongoing care and the reduced hours out of production MDS provides.
